Fixed Wireless Terms of Service

3b. The following Fixed Wireless Internet Terms of Service are between you, the Customer, and IgLou Internet Services, Inc. (“IgLou”). These terms and conditions are a part of IgLou’s General Terms of Service, and you must accept both of these as a condition of ordering and receiving IgLou’s fixed wireless Internet services.

3b(1) Service Usage and Location Restrictions
Fixed Wireless Internet is designed solely for use at the address specified during the initial order for service. This service is location-dependent, and any relocation or transfer of the service to a new address without prior authorization is prohibited. Unauthorized relocation may result in IgLou taking corrective action, including but not limited to service suspension, migration to a different plan, or termination of service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service remains within the designated address and is used in compliance with the terms outlined here.

3b(2) Prohibited Activities and Applications
Fixed wireless service is intended for general business use and is not designed to support high-demand or network-intensive applications. Continuous high bit rate applications such as consumer entertainment streaming, continuous video/audio streaming, continuous web-based camera feeds, and other similar services, are prohibited due to their excessive bandwidth requirements. Hosting server devices, running constant host applications, offering public or guest wifi, or utilizing the service in a manner that disproportionately contributes to network congestion is also prohibited. Misuse of the service, particularly activities that negatively impact network availability or quality for other users, may lead to the imposition of service restrictions or termination.

3b(3) Bandwidth Management
To maintain network performance for all users, IgLou may manage bandwidth during periods of high network congestion by temporarily reducing data speeds. IgLou reserves the right to implement these temporary speed reductions to optimize the experience for all users.

3b(4) Equipment Requirements
The use of Fixed Wireless Internet requires a compatible, data-only gateway approved by AT&T. Connection of unauthorized or incompatible devices to the network is strictly prohibited and may result in degraded service quality or disconnection.

3b(5) Monitoring for Compliance
IgLou reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with these terms. In the event of non-compliance, corrective measures may be enforced, including account reassessment, temporary or permanent service restrictions, or termination of the service. Customers found in violation will be notified and given the opportunity to rectify any non-compliant actions before such measures are applied.

These Internet Access Terms of Service are a subset of IgLou’s General Terms of Service.
